A boutique building of 10 exclusive apartments, near the “Waldorf Astoria” hotel on the outskirts of Talvia and Mamilla. The building is partly renovated and partly new, it has a combination of old Jerusalem features and the last word in construction and architectural design with great mirror combinations. Some of the ceilings are almost 7 meters high with an incredible sense of space and extraordinary volume.
We were chosen as the air conditioning contractor in this special project, and together with the tenants and their architects, we chose for each apartment a special air conditioning system, which will give the tenants maximum efficiency, emphasizing the tall and huge spaces, while maintaining the special design in each apartment.
